Return and replacement

The size of the glasses is not the right one, or the product does not satisfy you at all?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return of the purchased products within 14 days of delivery. Shipping costs are covered by Meeting srl for orders shipped to Italy, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Austria, Spain, and the United States.

For orders shipped to Italy only, you may request a product replacement within 14 days of delivery, and the pick-up/shipping costs are covered by Meeting srl.

Once the products to be returned or replaced are received and their integrity verified, we will refund or replace the purchased products with others chosen by you, settling only any price differences for the replaced products. Meeting s.r.l. will verify if the returned products are indeed in their original condition; if the products returned by the customer are found to be damaged, lacking the warranty seal, incomplete, deteriorated, and/or dirty, they will be resent and not refunded.

Meeting s.r.l. will refund the Customer the full amount already paid within 15 (fifteen) working days of receiving the product, using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction.

Returns conditions

- Free returns and exchanges are valid only for sunglasses, optical frames and ski goggles.

- Returns are NOT allowed on custom prescription lenses.

- The products must be intact and in the same condition in which you received them.

- The products must be in their original packaging with certificates of conformity or other documentation inside.

 

Procedure

Contact us 

  • Send an email to support@vistaexpert.it requesting the return or replacement indicating the number of the order placed.

  • You will receive an email containing the code, the prepaid return label and complete instructions to start the procedure.

Preparation of the pack 
  • Prepare the package for shipment by inserting in it a copy of the email with the return code assigned.
Withdrawal of the pack 
  • Once we have received and verified your return, we will refund the items or return the replacement products to you.

Reimbursement

The refund will be made through the payment method chosen at the time of the order.

In case of cash on delivery you can choose the payment method for the refund.

Refunds will be made within 15 working days following the return of the product.

Cash on delivery costs are excluded from reimbursement.
 

Replacement

Once we have received the products to be replaced, we will send you an e-mail with a summary of the replaced products and an indication of the delivery times.
